ISOLTECO® LIGHT 110

ULTRA-LIGHTWEIGHT PRE-MIXED PLASTER, PROVIDING EXCELLENT THERMAL INSULATION. 110 kg/m3 (6.9 lb/ft³)

ISOLTECO® LIGHT 110 is Edilteco's ultra-lightweight thermally insulating plaster, the most insulating in the range (λD 0.043 W/mK (0.3 BTU·in/(h·ft²·°F))): it insulates walls from the outside like an external insulation system, as well as internal walls and ceilings, and corrects thermal bridges, with no boards and no joints. Sprayed on, it adapts to any surface – irregular, curved, with arches and projections – and is ideal for renovations and historic buildings.

Made with selected hydraulic binders and EPS beads coated with E.I.A. additive, it only needs water and is applied from 2 to 20 cm (13/16 to 7 7/8 in), indoors and outdoors: once cured it is unaffected by rain, moisture and temperature changes (capillary absorption W1), stays breathable (μ 4.6) and is class A2-s1,d0 for reaction to fire. It also protects façades from rain.

It is applied by machine with a properly fitted plastering machine (for manual application contact the Edilteco Technical Department). After at least 7 days it is skimmed with ECAP® ADP (4-5 mm (0.157 to 0.197 in)) and finished with breathable silicate or silicone paints or coloured finishes from the ECAP® range, after ECAP® F primer.
