POLITERM® MACHINE 1000 H2O

MIXER/PUMP FOR LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE

POLITERM® MACHINE 1000 H2O is a mixer/pump in stainless steel for preparing and pumping lightweight concretes made with virgin or recycled EPS beads (POLITERM® BLU), perlite, vermiculite and cork, also mixed with cellular foam. It mixes and pumps on site in a single machine, so lightweight screeds and subfloors are laid quickly and evenly, even on upper floors.

The 1000 L (264 US gal) tank with double cross-flow auger and the 500 L/min (132 US gal/min) pump reach 100 m (328 ft) of hose and 30 m (98 ft) of height. The H2O version adds a separate 1000 L (264 US gal) water reserve tank and a digital dosing device that feeds the exact mixing water straight into the tank: constant mixes, batch after batch.

Mixing tank: 1000 L (264 US gal); motor 3.0 kW (4 hp) - 400 V - 50 Hz (60 Hz version available on request); double cross-flow mixing auger.
Pump motor: 5.5 kW (7.4 hp) - 400 V - 50 Hz; friction belt drive; flow 500 L/min (132 US gal/min) of water.
Maximum hose length: 100 m (328 ft); maximum pumping height: 30 m (98 ft).
Weight: 700 kg (1,543 lb); dimensions 210 × 130 cm (83 × 51 in), loading height 100 cm (39 1/4 in); crane hooks and forklift slots.
Standard equipment: 2 high-resistance hoses + 2 light hoses (20 m (66 ft) each set), 25 m (82 ft) water hose, 25 m (82 ft) power cable 3P+E 32 A, parallel remote pump control, 2 de-airing tools.
