POLITERM® MOBILE EQUIPMENT PME

SYSTEM FOR POLITERM® BLU APPLICATION

POLITERM® MOBILE EQUIPMENT PME is a mobile plant for the automatic production and pumping of POLITERM® BLU and quality-controlled lightweight insulating screeds and subfloors. Mounted on a 4-axle truck or semi-trailer with Twist Lock fixings, it arrives on site with cement silo, water, generator and pump on board.

A touch-screen control panel doses and weighs up to five components automatically and documents every production stage. It produces foamed cellular concrete and lightweight concrete made exclusively with lightweight aggregates (virgin or recycled EPS, vermiculite, perlite, cork) and pumps it up to 150 m (492 ft) away and 50 m (164 ft) high – large jobs with consistent, traceable quality and quick set-up and cleaning.
