RESILIENT IMPACT SOUND INSULATION LAYER WITH PREMIXED RUBBER GRANULES

GUM GUM SPRAY bucket version is the ready-dosed pack of the GUM GUM resilient layer: 8 kg (18 lb) of SBR rubber granules and 5 L (1.3 US gal) of liquid Part B in one 13 kg (29 lb) bucket, to be mixed by drill and spread by trowel.

It is designed for localised and small-scale jobs where a machine is not worth setting up: services housed in trenches cut into existing screeds, steps and landings of stairs, local repairs. It can also be pumped with the GUM GUM MACHINE (3 buckets per mix).

13 kg (29 lb) bucket = 8 kg (18 lb) rubber granules (Part A) + 5 L (1.3 US gal) liquid additive (Part B).
Manual mixing with drill and whisk, or machine (3 buckets per mix); pot life approx. 30 min.
Light foot traffic: approx. 24-36 h at 6 mm (0.236 in) (depending on climate and substrate).
Recycled content 89%; colour black; thickness 6-10 mm (0.236 to 0.394 in).
Thermal conductivity λD 0.063 W/mK (0.44 BTU·in/(h·ft²·°F)); dynamic stiffness s't 20 MN/m³ (74 lbf/in³) (average, 6 mm (0.236 in)).

Consumption 3 kg/m² (0.61 lb/ft²) at 6 mm (0.236 in), 5 kg/m² (1 lb/ft²) at 10 mm (13/32 in).
