POLITERM® R is the ideal solution for single-layer screeds, terrace slopes, insulation of attics, and pitched roofs.

It is also perfect as an underlay for low-thickness underfloor heating. This product requires minimal water, dries quickly (1 day per cm), and does not undergo hygrometric shrinkage. POLITERM® R is a reliable and durable solution, used in numerous projects worldwide.

It is composed of regranulated EPS beads, processed through a complex procedure that separates beads from specific industrial waste without breaking them. This method preserves the beads' non-absorbent properties.
