GECO LIME scratch

GECO LIME scratch is the bonding mortar from the Geco line, designed to ensure optimal adhesion of dehumidifying systems, especially in cases of rising damp. Formulated with natural hydraulic lime NHL 5 and carefully selected minerals, it is ideal for creating a rough, stable, and breathable base layer, even on damp masonry and historical substrates.

Its fine particle size and soft, workable consistency allow for easy application with a trowel, reducing effort on site and ensuring a perfectly prepared substrate for subsequent plasters. GECO LIME scratch is compatible with all mineral materials, offers excellent adhesion to the substrate, and effectively resists cracking thanks to its controlled shrinkage.

Essential in every dehumidifying cycle, it acts as the first active defense against rising damp, enhancing the durability of the intervention and slowing the formation of salt efflorescence.
