MIXING MACHINE / PUMP FOR LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETES

ISOLCAP MACHINE MyB 500 is a stainless steel mixer/pump for lightweight mortars made with ISOLCAP pre-mixes and POLITERM®. It runs on 230 V single-phase power; a 60 Hz version for the North American market is available on request.

With a 550 L (145 US gal) mixing tank, direct-drive 3.0 kW (4 hp) pump and an hourly mixing and pumping output of 2.2 m³/h (78 ft³/h), it can pump through up to 30 m (98 ft) of hose and to a maximum height of 15 m (49 ft); simple controls (start/stop, reverse, emergency) make it easy to use for any crew.

Pump motor: 3.0 kW (4 hp) - 230 V single-phase; direct drive; flow 60 L/min (16 US gal/min) of water.
Pumping capacity 3.5 m³/h (124 ft³/h); hourly mixing and pumping output 2.2 m³/h (78 ft³/h).
Maximum hose length: 30 m (98 ft); maximum pumping height: 15 m (49 ft).

Standard equipment: 10 m (33 ft) lightweight delivery hose with Ø 50 mm (2 in) nozzle, mixer and pump start/stop, reverse and emergency buttons, de-airing tool, 3 m (9.8 ft) power cable.
Optional: 230 V or 400 V three-phase and 60 Hz versions.
