REGUFOAM vibration 300plus

VIBRATION ISOLATION MAT

REGUFOAM vibration 300 plus is a vibration isolation material in mixed-cell polyurethane foam, for decoupling buildings, foundations and machines from vibrations and structure-borne sound. It is designed for permanent static loads up to 0.055 N/mm² (8 psi) (rare short-term peaks up to 2 N/mm² (290 psi)) and, depending on load and thickness, reaches natural frequencies as low as 9 Hz.

The REGUFOAM vibration plus range covers loads from 0.011 to 2.5 N/mm² (1.6 to 363 psi) with very elastic, durable foams. Selection is straightforward: the type must match the permanent load actually acting on the bearing – REGUFOAM vibration 300 plus is the right choice up to 0.055 N/mm² (8 psi). Strips, pads, self-adhesive versions and special roll lengths are available on request.

Maximum static load: 0.055 N/mm² (8 psi); rare short-term peaks up to 2.000 N/mm² (290 psi).
Static modulus of elasticity: 0.35 - 0.58 N/mm² (51 - 84 psi) (based on EN 826); dynamic modulus: 0.68 - 1.25 N/mm² (99 - 181 psi) (based on DIN 53513).
Mechanical loss factor: 0.18 (DIN 53513); compression set: 3.4 %.
Fire behaviour: B2 (DIN 4102), E (EN 13501-1).
